Hey forum fam.
I wanted to ask if anyone might be able to guess as to why i suffer from perpetual flu-like symtpoms? Its been so long like this. Goes for a short time then comes back again. I see a doctor in a couple of weeks about it. But i just felt like spitballing with yas.
My main symptoms are sore/red eyes, runny nose/sneezing every day, looking dishevveled in my face, short of breathe sometimes, sometimes itchy skin. Theres probably a few other things but i cant think of them. Its driving me mad.
🤔

Could be nutrition related. Make sure you get your vitamins, especially vitamin C.

I supplement.

You could be allergic to something. Best to see doctor.

Yep see dr… My shot in the dark is some kind of histamine reaction but dont know what causing it. Some aps cause cold/flu symptoms as adverse effects rarely.
