My psychiatrist recommended this to me i haven’t used it too much so far because it costs money to use after the trial (20$ per month) but i thought i would share with u guys as i find AI to be really useful. My dr said his clients use it.

I’m not ready to trust AI as basically a therapist at this point. Maybe it will work out, maybe it wont. BUt it was only a few years ago that AI couldnt make a picture without extra fingers.
I had an AI program that couldnt play a game of hangman without lying to me about the word they picked (they just said yes or no to letters until there was no word that fit the puzzle).
I had an AI who I told about simulation delusions and then when I asked them to make an interactive story for me, made a story where it turned out the world was a simulation. When asked about the AI denied it had anything to do with me telling them about my simulation theory.
So…I dont know. Is AI really ready for mental illness?..I guess we will find out.
