Hey Lily, That’s quite a list, Idk much about DID though I always thought that was a mild thing @Mataheru That’s more substance abuse but I get that it can trigger mental illness. ---

DID is multiple personality disorder. It’s where the person has many different personas and they can slip in and out of any of them at any time. @Daydreamer ---

Psychopaths are fine, they can pass for normal and excel as surgeons or lawyers. Sociopaths mostly end up in prison, closely followed by borderlines. They cannot resist impulses and most treatments are ineffective. DID is not the worst because dissociation is not unpleasant. The condition mostly sorts itself out in later life. Depression is probably the worst for suffering. Many disorders actually arise as a coping method to escape depression. Bipolar and SZA suffer more than SZ due to the depressive cycles, whereas SZ experience more ‘flat’ emotions. Next in line for suffering are the anxious disorders, followed by the coping but aware disorders, and then the narcissistic bubble realities. Then there are the autistic spectrum disorders which are fairly well supported by society, and pure-O which is treatable with therapy, and everything else. Based on suffering and longevity: 1. BPD 2. Sociopathy 3. Chronic Depression 4. BPA / SZA 5. SZ, DID 6. PPD, HPD, DPD, GAD 7. STPD, OCPD, PPD 8. NPD 9. AUDHD, OCD 10. Everything else. Probably, maybe, IDK I’m not a doctor. ---

I hear you; but i dont find that very encouraging and supportive; some of us only hope is in our 40s, so i dont really need to hear it is less and less of a good idea. ---

Ah okay…yeh i understand better now. Yes. You make a good point but i have no choice, it is in my nature that i need biological kids same for my partner 🙂 Yes it is slighlty risky but we will be sensible about the preparation for the babies. I admire that you do risky things too. Sometimes its good to be brave in order to discover and learn new things. ---
