I have given up on exercise and eating extreme diets! I prefer to be stress free. I will just go by intuitive eating instead. So that for example can be pretzels and pepsi for breakfast but a fruitbowl for lunch. If that is what my body needs then i have to respect it Idk what is healthy and what is not. But i know what i want, and right now that is a dark coffee ---
