I remember going to the library studying for my nursing boards and suddenly I saw hidden cameras everywhere, I had voices go though a million scenarios of cameras recording me since childhood. There was no grand scheme of why this was happening. I thought the government did it to everyone kind of like keeping people in their place. I thought everyone everywhere was in on it. I even dreamed about it. I thought at one point that I offended a celebrity on instagram and that they were scientologists and that they do this thing in scientology called fair game where a bunch of people are in on it and they ruin someones life. I thought they were trying to make me lose credibility because at the time I thought I was special and knew special knowledge. I thought I could read any page on the internet and it was all tied to one page of information on Wikipedia describing CRISPR gene editing. I could analyze everything. I thought my pills were doing gene editing to me to program me to be sick and to hear God in my head. They programmed the God gene. This went on for awhile until I started talking to these celebrities. I thought they were speaking to me in code and they told me they were gods. This went on forever. Needless to say yeah I’ve had the truman delusion but I don’t have it now. Good things. ---

I haven’t gotten REM sleep in months. I haven’t really noticed it affecting me, though. ---

I wouldnt say i have had none but not getting a lot. Still seems ok but resting hr is a bit higher than usual. ---

Sometimes, with Truman stuff, it comforts me to think about how many people literally could not be watching me at the moment..like people who are sleeping, people who are doing something that requires their full attention, etc. ---

Hello. I am having a very pleasant evening. I have a pdoc appointment tomorrow and on Sunday the family is planning on visiting an amusement park so we might get to go on some rollercoasters. I haven’t been on a coaster in like 5 years. I think it’s good you’re staying on the forum, it’s a good resource. ---
