Our states capital. Or at least it was sunny earlier today. Drove 200 miles to visit my stepmom and pick up some belongings to take home. I thought I had left my photo albums and my coin collection and my dad’s stuff at this house I was renting a room in 2015. I left on bad terms with the couple who rented me the room, they tried to keep my $400 cleaning deposit and only gave it back when my sister threatened to sue them. It was my sisters friend but that ended that friendship. I thought I had accidentally left those boxes behind and we parted on such bad terms I didn’t even try to go back and try to find them but somehow they’ve been in my stepmom’s attic these past 10 years. So I was supposed to be here at 9:00 this morning but I ended up leaving my house at 9:00. And I got about 10 miles down the highway and my low tire pressure light went on. I pulled into the next gas station and checked my tires and then pressed the restart button to reset the tire system and I ended up not getting here until 2:30. We went out to a late lunch and came home and watched TV and now I’m getting ready to go to bed. I’ll get up at 8:00 and drive 200 miles back. One of the rare weekends I actually did something. ---
