I get panic attacks. The shortness of breath is my biggest complaint with them. It’s a scary feeling when it feels like you can’t breathe.

I used to. Then I realized I wasn’t breathing right or at all. I learned to slow my breathing and slow my thoughts. Also medication.

Worst panics I had were in the entire month of March of this year after smoking weed one day. Usually came on at night, just suddenly felt like I was about to die, heart racing, couldn’t breathe or swallow, couldn’t lie down, had to call mental health line or go to hospital. Thankfully they went away. Also blood pressure was really high.

I used to get them, would get tachycardia and shortness of breath…especially when I was driving. Haven’t had any in a couple of years, but I don’t know why they started or stopped.

Used to get them from derealization and then from voices.

Gone now.

Exercise helps the most.

you have to unplug the anxiety associated with panic attacks by diverting your mind to a happy place or memory of yours…focus on something in the palm of your hand like a stone or crystal and gaze at one thing in the room be it a picture or something stationary…the panic will pass and you will learn you will be find with panic or now…basically you become triumphant over anxiety and panic by ignoring it.

I got panic attacks all throughout high school and into my twenties until I took meds for my sza

Nowadays the meds seem to keep them away and I don’t get so many anymore. Only when I am facing something I’m scared of, like thunderstorms or germs/contagious ailments and diseases etc. Or having to make a phone call/go to dentist etc.

I used to have agoraphobia but now I’m mostly comfortable in public. I like walking to library or shops.

Yes. I used to have agoraphobia. Getting dizzy upon opening the front door of house. But not anymore.

I think I had some

I remember the day when I needed to take a bus to go to Italy, I was so anxious I thought I was gonna faint for instance

There are a couple of things that happened when I was so anxious I felt physically bad

Happened a lot when I was doing a toxic job,at some point just thinking about the job made me feel sick, and just after saying I wouldn’t go and go in my bed I felt better in an instant

After learning about horrible news I felt bad and needed to lie down, was feeling weak,my heartbeat was so fast ,even after taking something sugary I wasn’t feeling better

I had times when my heart was so painful I thought I was going to die too

Nonepileptic seizures. They’re real, eyes goes in the back of head seizures, tho I only had one go full seizure. The rest have been on the way to it but it helps to sit down and relax/breath.

Gotcha, I tend to get things like feeling like my head is buzzing and weird minor loss of “focus” I guess. Not like losing consciousness but maybe a tiny bit of it.
