I think it happens in episodes I haven’t read that in literature just based on my own findings what I’ve experienced

My psychosis comes and goes yes. Some delusions remain constant but voices are sometimes there sometimes not. I have cycles of remission and relapse.

I think I have three phases I go through, not necessarily in this order.
1. On good med combo, and have mild residual paranoia, mild voices or just unusual sounds, moderate to severe negative symptoms
2. Actively hearing voices and sounds, delusions, active visual distortions and visual hallucinations, and sometimes Tactile Hallucinations, active negative symptoms… but aware to some degree that all these things aren’t normal but I believe all the hallucinations and delusions anyway, and am unable to comply with simple directions from my loved ones
3. Totally out of my f ing mind. No knowledge/memory of anything that happened in reality while the episode was going on, except like a tiny flash or glimpse. Vivid, vivid hallucinations that feel so real that I can be traumatized from them. Luckily these phases don’t last as long as the others. But in actuality phase two was almost worse because it’s almost like I was in my own reality yet could still see the vague approximation of the real WORLD, like I can recognize my wife in phase two but not phase THREE.

I’m mainly stable on my med cocktail of risperidone and Depakote, Klonopin PRN but when I’m under stress or feel especially isolated I tend to get these mild visual hallucinations or maybe they are illusions too.
Doesn’t happen all the time
