Fight food recommendations

We are having my sister and her husband over to watch a fight card on the 23rd.

Wanting some ideas for good snacks that you can nibble on over the course of a few hours that arent going to get gross over that period of time sitting out on our dining room table.

I have asked a few people and thought a bit on it myself and so far the best suggestions , IMO, have been cheese and crackers, those little mini hotdogs, olives and a vegetable plate.

If you have any ideas, please hit me with them. We dont host often and want it to go well.

7 layer dip and tortilla chips. I know it shouldn’t sit out for more than a couple of hours but it’s so good and not too hard to make and it’s a really fancy, special snack if you take the time to make it. It’ll be the hit of the party.

Definitely cheese and crackers, and put those little hot dogs in some crescent rolls…I always loved those pigs in a blanket!

Sliders nom nom I make chicken parm and bbq pulled pork sliders. Use Hawaiian rolls. Easy to make. Cook pork in crockpot. Whip up slaw and top. 14 min in oven. Chicken parm are easy too. Chopped up chicken tenders and cheese layer on rolls.

I’ve always been a wings guy when watching the fights.

Plain wings are my favorite, but garlic parm slap too.

I second Nick on the seven layer dip. I’ve never made it before but it sounds delicious.

A charcuterie board with salami, prosciutto, cheddar, brie, gouda cubes, crackers. Olives, bruschetta, and nuts. And or chicken wings. Maybe mini pizzas, cheese fondue with bread cubes, cured meats, roasted potatoes, or vegetables.
