@Banjo i had bacon and fried cabbage. I cooked the cabbage in bacon grease and added old bay seasoning and a pinch of 7 spice blend (an Arabic seasoning). Twas delicious. :face_savoring_food: I know it’s not typical of what you cook but it’s a good food for country folk.

I like corned beef hash too. Not had that for a while, mind.

Yeah we cooked a pot of fresh vegetables and chicken chopped up, stir-fried with rice, and divided up between containers. Add a sauce when heated back up. I got sweet and spicy Thai sauce and buffalo. Made 7 meals.

I had California rolls and vegetable tempura at a Japanese Korean restaurant.

Yesterday we got spring onions and red onions and cut into small pieces, got some jalapeños, and mixed it all into some cottage cheese. spread it on toast and then put into the oven.
