I agree and Im glad we have the strength to survive it. I would imagine having it for a very long time you have a different perspective…it’s been 10 years for me and I still think I’m gonna recover.

I don’t know how you get by but at the bottom when there is nothing left (in that moment) like the Viktor frankle said …you can bare witness to the suffering. I would imagine you’ve learned a lot about how to survive tho…

And I’ve never heard of that goddess I thought it was a ai altered picture of a real person lol

There are some ‘schizophrenia simulators’ on youtube, i think any one involved with helping schizophrenics needs to experience them
