Went away with family to Canary Islands for a week
Really needed this break
The hotel I am fine with as been there a few times
But the travel was very hard
When I got back the day after had to go to London for work
That’s the first time in 3 years and I drove because I can’t cope with the train going that far
the office environment was hard to cope with as very bright and noises

It did go well

Paid 35€ for 200 lucky strikes

He stayed in the kennels With my parents dog
Getting very expensive even though they share one

It was quite hot about 30c
The pool was nice though and I wore strong sunscreen
Wind was refreshing as well
That’s the best thing about islands - there is always a breeze so the 30°C there is way nicer than 30°C in the uk

There was only one afternoon I went back to room due to heat
Was also able to stay up later than before to play cards
Not drinking alcohol now is not a problem with others drinking it
I am a mild stims guy - very content with nicotine and caffeine. I don’t drink either
Same here but I only drink coffee now in the afternoon if I am flagging!
That’s great! Especially since your are on some hard hitting meds. Often folk rely on caffeine to counter them
