I have voices / intrusive images in minds eye when I’m around people, and a part of me thinks they can read my mind. ( I was able to telepathically communicate once before with another schizophrenic who lived by me, we confirmed this later ) I know they probably can’t read my mind, but there is a strong feeling they sometimes can due to my earlier thought broadcasting experiences. How do I get rid of these terrible images and voices? I’m on xeplion and abilify. I’m considering asking for clozapine. I became celibate because of the advantages, I thought celibacy would be able to fix it. It does help but it does not fix it all the way. This is breaking me down sometimes. I’m only really seeing my parents. I have become kind of isolated. It all started when LSD opened my mind and demons entered 10 years ago, weed did the same thing. I’m of all drugs now. I’m hoping I will be able to live normally one day. This is breaking me down. ---

Ive had this for years. My medications just block the psychotic episodes, but this problem prevails ---

Have you tried any stronger med? Abilify is a good drug when it works but there are stronger meds. Clozapine is mostly used when other meds fail. Have you tried olanzapine? I’m on olanzapine and Vraylar. I still hear voices but I don’t have any delusions. Some meds work for some people, others don’t. My friend is on abilify, he has no symptoms and is working 100%. Abilify didn’t work for me. ---

Yeah it doesn’t work for me either, I’m on xeplion and get abilify just to lower prolactin ---

Ok? You could ask the doc for clozapine then. But you’ll need monthly blood tests. If it doesn’t bother you then it’s a good med. ---
