please don’t hurt yourself…work with your pdoc and get on meds that you can’t tell even if you’re on them no side effects that is what I kept telling my pdoc…now I’m on generic prolixin fluphenazine…no side effects…love it…lost all my weight on this med.

You suffer a lot, it’s understandable you feel like that

But if you’re accompanied well with your mental health team it’s possible to improve your life

If you don’t want to hope,I will be the one hoping for your life to improve :people_hugging:

Yeah @MIDO schizophrenia is terrible I’m sorry you, me, and everyone here have suffered with it. At the same time life is what it is too, and it’s not something unfortunately that is a fairy tale with a happy ending if you don’t have schizophrenia. It’s one thing to feel life is a tragedy because you have schizophrenia, but to think that life would be so much better without it is not exactly realistic. Life is a very difficult experience for a lot of people despite each’s human condition, so the best any of us can do is make peace with ourselves and others and with the world, and develop positive and hopeful ways of thinking that life will get better and there is ultimately some lesson, meaning or purpose we can learn from it.
