I watched half of it… kind of have adhd… got to the point where you drank 40 cups of coffee? and had insomnia.

Preferably I would like a text transcript of a video like this… I think it is possible with AI now… in fact Ive done it before with text transcript from video but forgot what I did. But yeah I could read a transcript in a couple minutes and learn more through retention than a ten minute video. Sure the video helps you talk about it and get the story out and recorded but transcription is beneficial is all.
