# I quit psychology today

I honestly have so much going on at the moment

Had to stop doing the sessions as I don’t particularly find picking into my brain a very helpful thing

Need to focus on work and my studies

That on its own is already too much for me to manage right now

Health can wait

No where near as bad as I used to be before clozapine and I am fine with that outcome

Well, maybe it wasn’t helping enough because you didn’t click well enough with the therapist. Sometimes it takes trying quite a few different clinicians out before you know which one will help you the most based on what you realize your needs are.
