Today i was listening to this song where a gal was being admired by a guy. I was pretending in my mind that i was that beautiful gal. The outside voice responded with a huge laugh. He thought it was funny that i thought i was desirable and beautiful and mysterious How about you? Did you have any encounter with an outside auditory hallucination recently? How did it make you feel? ---

I’ll make no secret out of that I had many hallucination most of my life. But I no longer hear voices and best of all the annoying irritability is no longer there. ---

Glad to hear about the changes youve had on your journey. This is not bad. Irritability is a real skill to avoid with sz symptoms but it might be possible somehow idk. ---

I’ve always been too scared of external voices to interact with them. I usually hide from them because they frighten me so much. ---

Yeh external voices are so scary cos idk where they come from and how they do what they do. It is scary to think that something is happening beyond my control which is affecting my perception of reality. ---
