I understand completely, it is a tough disease to deal with. Very much a cancer of a mind inhabiting that very space you yourself as a human being should be allowed to hold unto. But no, life does not seem to have any promises. Likewise, the idea of fairness is a complete laughing matter. Best thing in my opinion is really distracting yourself from said facts and be merciful to yourself with this illness. And in times it feels really like a kind of random seeming torture with no particular purpose to test pain endurance. Hardest part is really the arbitrary meaninglessness this condition seems to possess. At best some small sliver of meaning and hope may present itself here and there, that is my expectation of life with these terms really.

I’m sorry to hear that, but there’s always the possibility things might improve even if just a little. I thought I was screwed forever 8 years ago but then I slowly came around and life is a lot better now.
