Happy birthday and modern stuff says that your brain ages at mid 30’s so your in your prime and I believe that. 30’s you know some stuff and your still open to learning…40’s for me went quickly and I’m soon to be over 55 and it’s nuts…goes so quickly.

Take stock. Give yourself some achievable goals and move onto them Your in your prime and sz makes that so hard but happy birthday and start enjoying yourself! We all need it!
