I was on my own as usual… Around Letchworth and Stotfold. The fields were extensive and beautiful!

It is so good for different reasons be it anxiety or whether you need some fresh air to wake up or just to be at one with natural things! Also if you eat a lot then it doesn’t matter by the time you have walked a few miles!

Walking now causes me anxiety for multiple reasons. But I like going for walks in nice neighborhoods without stray aggressive dogs. That’s why I like to walk with my sister. Her neighborhood is nice.
