My youngest son keeps getting it.
He goes a few weeks without and then it comes back again.
Doctors for him tomorrow. I’m going to request an ear nose and throat specialist.
Will keep him off nursery until Monday.

tonsillitis is no fun, its very painful and takes a while to go, I know a grown woman who gets it a lot, she has a strange voice imo idk if thats bc of the tonsillitis, I Hope the Dr’s can get to the bottom of it.
The poor little guy! Hopefully the Dr can find a treatment that clears it up once and for all so it doesn’t return.
That sucks poor kid
I had severe tonsillitis for 9 straight months at 18. I was so sick I almost died and stayed in the hospital for a long time. It took my body and full year to recover enough to have them removed.
I hope your son can get them removed. Sometimes that’s the only solution.
Wow @Lilyofthevalley that’s rough.
Yes I’m hoping he can have them removed. Need to see the ear nose and throat specialist before though.
He can’t just get them removed? I would think that would prevent the problem from reoccurring. Unless there are complications involved.
No @Agent101g I’m not 100% sure though but I think he can only be referred for them to be removed after seeing the specialist.
