I had xeplion and abilify When i had these my bodyfat percentage was 12%, i was very ripped at one point with 8% bodyfat percentage After quitting abilify for over 2 months now, i have gained 10 kg bodyweight and i am now kind of fat Is this just a temporary reaction from my body? My motivation to train with kettlebells has dipped and my hunger has increased. But now i clean my room better. I am feeling less energy as well ---

I was like that at 25 to 30 at 31 i was on invega/ xeplion and by 35 was 235 lbs fat ---
