# Low mood. Intrusive thoughts. Thinking about death

It’s been going on a couple of weeks now.

I hate intrusive thoughts. They make me anxious and worry.

I’m gonna ring CMHT tomorrow and see if I can increase my sertraline.

I have pure O,part of ocd.. Intrusives are awful …

I have intrusive thoughts seems like every day for a while now evil thoughts of hurting others never myself though I wouldn’t act on these thoughts because there are consequences to every evil action taken against others like jail for murder or assault. I don’t think about death though but anytime others laugh I think their laughing at me maybe they are maybe not, but I think it’s real and they are.

I used to have intrusive thoughts a lot before. I still do, but they are much more rare now. I think it’s because I sleep better.

Im on 200 mg of sertraline.. I think i might need stronger or different meds
