I feel like its making me more anxious and paranoid. I was really hoping I could get the mood boost without the ill effects of more dopamine, but its not looking to be that way. I’ve been on bupropion for several weeks now. Noticing more paranoia…making bad ‘connections’ and more anxiety. I’m really disappointed that I probably will have to quit and not get the mood boost. I’m not sure if I want to try it a bit longer or not. This freaking sucks that I cant even just get a hint of more dopamine without these side effects. Really could use a breakthrough in medicine or something. ---

Maybe try a different AD. The one I’m taking raises serotonin, but has little effect on dopamine. ---

I take Luvox which is a pretty good one. Without the mood stabilization I’m miserable all the time. On it I’m happy 95% of the time. Also take Tegritol. ---

I did take wellbutrin for a while. It was okay i guess. Tapering off of it was weird. I hope you findca good med.hugs ---

Sorry to hear, i am about to ask my psychiatrist to try Wellbutrin due to my depressive symptoms and fatigue, and i guess i still want to give it a try. I have tried Modafinil, but it didn’t do anything. ---

It’s called “cocaine for poor”.. I never tried cocaine,but extended release Wellbutrin was too stimulative for me,bc I abused it @bluebutterfly .. ---
