He is eating and drinking okay now but it was only Sunday they said the puncture hadnt repaired in his throat and put him on nil by mouth, its only Weds now, so im a bit skeptical

Whether his throat is healed or not, if your brother is eating and drinking then that’s a really good sign that he is improving. That is really good!
