# My work here is done. Farewell

Hi everyone,

I feel I have contributed as much as I can to this forum.

At the end of the day, I don’t identify as having schizophrenia for many, valid DSM- and ICD-certified reasons.

Having schizophrenia is not the same thing as being diagnosed with schizophrenia - the latter of which remains highly subjective, at best.

You’re all lovely people (well, most of you, anyway), and I wish you all the best, but I now have quite a lot of IRL things to be getting on with.

I might pop back, occasionally, just to see what’s up, but really, it’s farewell from me.
