I hear you @Ducky . I had nightmares for years, almost nightly. After getting the new house, getting married and getting a job, they seem to have mostly vanished , though. I still get one on ocassion.

I dont know for sure if the lifestyle changes were the cause of them going away…..or if it was medication changes or what…….but I’m letting you know that relief is possible. It can change.

Are you guys sure it’s not something like sleep apnea or snoring causing you to have nightmares?

Kids in school are awful about anyone with anything different about them. Then at work if your quiet or anxious colleagues dismiss you for being different. I was never good at school or work i struggled like hell. Now im playing scenarios out in my head awake and asleep. I really need some positive distraction i feel im ready to be more active. I could try to do more in the day. Ive had a shower and done laundry, changed bed. I will go shopping and play music, read some inspiring quotes etc. I cant stay a couch potato forever lol

We haven’t had any snow. It’s really strange. Hopefully we’ll have some soon.

You should ask your doc to do a sleep analysis. It could be something going on in your sleep?
