Havnt been able to pick up my antidepressant. I don’t drive and it’s hard getting to the doctors to pick it up. I’ve gone 4 days without now and today I’m feeling like ■■■■ mentally.
Also not had my depot which was due on Monday. Also partly my fault cos I said if they turned up I would ring the police.
Maybe I should just see how I do. I don’t know. It could be a physical thing I suppose and my brain adjusting to not having chemicals it’s normally used to.
Aside from all that I’m tired. It’s summer and the boys have been off school almost 4 weeks now and I’m feeling burnt out.
3 more weeks left. Then we can get back in some sort of routine.

Maybe your mother can bring your meds to you or you can have them delivered. Staying on your meds consistently over time will keep you stable.
