Short skirts that reveal the buttocks have become a norm in urban areas and its hip. That’s true. I’m not aware of panty costumes being worn out doors but that doesn’t mean that it hasn’t gotten there yet. You may be on to something

One time, I saw this college-age girl rocking a see-through black mesh top with no bra.
You could literally see everything.
And she was just walking down the street with her friend at like, 12:30pm on a Sunday like it was no big deal.
…Honestly, I would not be surprised if she got a ticket for Indecent Exposure.
We’ve seen celebrities wearing provocative garb like this for ages, true— but when some random person tries to emulate these looks on the everyday, it just doesn’t translate well off the red carpet.
Self-expression is cool— I just would argue that there’s a time and a place for certain outfits.
