Paranoid about landlords factor talking to someone outside

I can’t help thinking they are talking about me.

If I am honest I do hear them talking about me but I know enough about myself to know this isn’t real.

Is really distressing all the same

I moved to the opposite end of the house. I then heard them outside this window.

Is horrible.

Put my headphones on

I struggle with the same thing thinking my neighbors are talking about me sometimes I think the whole town is talking about me

Yes, it’s a really unpleasant feeling

I have that often with my family, but for me sometimes it’s real though

I can’t focus on something else when it happens,I just try to distract myself, journal or talk to someone about what I heard and say it hurt me

Hopefully you find something that helps you :people_hugging:

You did the right thing. Make it impossible to see or hear them and distract yourself. If you have continued thoughts they are plotting against you, they’re not, talk to doc.

The abilify does nothing so far it seems, the zapaclone or whatever is hit and miss… i stopped taking it. I lay awake more hours than I sleep but I am getting some.

Oh man - Sounds like an albotross round your neck. But I suppose we don’t get much of a choice in which burdens we carry. Wishing you good things brother

Same to you. If I wasn’t struggling maybe I’d be getting into trouble so I’ll count it as a win.
