I’m sure all of you remember when I was really active. In the course of a half year or so, I got a house, got a job, got married, worked on the house, etc.

Well, that time appears gone now. I dont know whats changed but I am having a hell of a time even keeping the lawn mowed and the dog walked.

I’m constantly tired and worn down.

I read something that said that a fatty liver can make you tired because it converts stuff to energy and isnt functioning as well. Maybe this is the new factor in why my energy level is so low. IDK. Just a shot in the dark.

Maybe testosterone levels? Hormones are important. Maybe trt could fix you; also trt could alleviate diabetes maybe? Idk…

It kind of seems like a snowball kind of thing. More exercise could help fix my weight, help diabetes and help my liver, but because Im so heavy, have diabetes, have negatives and a fatty liver, I have a hell of a time having the energy to get enough exercise in.

Do you do bloodtests every now and then and if you do, is there something off? Btw for me things go in eras, so things like this may just happen anyway.

Ok, yeah, wondering that what kind of natural drinks would burn fat in the liver the most of?

A fatty liver rarely has symptoms @SzSupportAdmin

My guess would be the diabetes

I’m chronically fatigued myself

@SzSupportAdmin

[That exhaustion you feel after hitting a major milestone is completely normal. It is known as the “arrival fallacy” or a “vulnerability hangover,” and it happens because your brain and body are finally switching out of survival mode. When you are buying a house or planning a wedding, you are operating on a high-stakes cocktail of adrenaline and cortisol. Once the goal is reached, the sudden drop in these hormones causes an immediate emotional and physical crash.

Why Major Milestones Drain You.The Adrenaline Crash: During a major life event, your body treats the endless to-do lists as a crisis. It floods your system with stress hormones to keep you sharp. When the event ends, your hormone levels plummet, leaving you feeling profoundly exhausted.

The “Arrival Fallacy”: Psychologists use this term to describe the mistaken belief that reaching a goal will bring lasting happiness. When you finally cross the finish line and realize your day-to-day internal state hasn’t drastically changed, the psychological letdown can manifest as physical fatigue.

Decision Fatigue: Processes like buying a home require hundreds of micro-decisions (loans, inspections, packing, design). Your brain simply runs out of cognitive energy after weeks or months of continuous problem-solving.

The Emotional Vulnerability Hangover: Big milestones come with massive identity shifts. Moving from “single” to “married,” or “renter” to “homeowner,” requires subconscious emotional processing, which takes a massive toll on your energy.]–AI Gemini

You accomplished your goals, so the adrenaline and cortisol have left your body. You’re “safe” now. Your body is recovering. It’s normal.

I haven’t showered or shaved in weeks

I might be a bit depressed, not sure

All I know is that I’m lounging around the house a lot with the occasional walk with my dog (short walks)

Yup! I was going to say that it’s normal after such intense things going on in your life. Your brain can finally rest. And that’s exactly what it’s doing.
