I woke up at 3 PM (was up till 6 AM last night) and it feels weird that it’s already 7 PM after waking up at 10 AM most mornings lately.

I once was watching a patient who was in afib (atrial fibrillations), a condition common only in senior citizens. This guy was a 600 lb 36 year old. No one that age with that heart condition will live to be a senior citizen. It’s sad what people do to themselves sometimes.

Yeah I was blown away when I noticed the patient’s age. No one that young should be in afib. Then I saw his weight.
