Nice. Its night and I am trying to fall asleep. I notice coffee is no longer having enough stimulating effects for me. It keeps me awake at night, but it doesn’t stop me from being emotionally numb. (Except straight after)

i see hmm. yea i think our bodies adapt to the caffiene after a time so its good to have it in extreme moderation. i struggle with caffiene as well cause im much more energetic with it, but develop tolerance to it so i have to have more and more. Anyway i hope you can sleep

I’m debating on treating myself to a pair of Nike slip-on sneakers when I get my check. It’s been exactly half a year since I bought sneakers so I might treat myself. We’ll see though.

Morning all. I’m having a chilled day. Did all my jobs and blitz the flat on Monday so I can relax today.
Tomorrow I’m volunteering at the school all day.
