Actually had to work today, thought about not going in but my mom told me to go. I didn’t know it was an Afrobeats mixer until I looked at the YouTube video. Probably going to stay about 45 minutes, get a mocktail, then dip because that’s how much my social battery can take lol

Mandalorian and Grogu is the best Star Wars movie I’ve ever seen, including the original trilogy. I just got back from it and I don’t want to spoil it but it had so many great elements and not a dull moment.
I checked the online reviews and they’re all terrible. Man, Star Wars fans are unpleasable.
Rotta the Hutt is my favorite character ever.

We just saw it a few days ago and we absolutely loved it. Great movie!
My husband thinks people are just upset that Disney owns Lucasfilm now and the claim is that Disney ruined Star Wars.

That’s my take too. I think they see Grogu as like a symbol of Disney and think it’s kid oriented like Mickey Mouse or something. I just see him as a young jedi character with lots of potential. His cuteness wore off on me awhile ago now I just see him as Mando’s sidekick and I love him.
