Try keto! It’ll work wonders.
I can’t stick to any diets on Olanzapine. I always end up slipping back into my old ways.
I weigh 231 pounds and I’m 5’9.

Ive actually read that Vraylar is one of the better AP’s when it comes to appetite and overall heart health. Also Latuda and Abilify. I tried Abilify many years ago but I never took the max dose I dont think. Maybe I should try it again?
Yeah, talk to your doc!
Having constant munchies sucks.
Im on abilify maintaina. It works for me for the most part. I have been having a bit of paranioa here and there lately, but Ive also recently started wellbutrin for mood.
I dont get satisfied for very long. I can eat a big meal and then find myself eating again shortly after.
Yeah these meds definitely arent a cure, just reduces symptoms. Im pro med, but I will admit these side effects suck.

I’m wondering if mine isnt starting to “poop out” just a hair. Just enough for a little bit to get through.
