# Sore back after working the yard today - Sucks to be injured so easily

My dad came over today. We had this cement block(part of the sidewalk) next to the house in back that was tilted in towards the house and was causing rainwater to accumulate by the back door when it rained. So we were working on that. We dug holes on both sides jacked both sides up and put in a cinder block and bricks to get the slant of the block of the sidewalk the way we wanted it. Then we filled it back in with sand and dirt.

It took us about an hour and a half. But after laying down for a nap, boy is my back sore. I wonder if my dad is also sore since hes like 73 and I’m only almost 53. Maybe its just me that is aging so poorly.

Hoping if I lose some weight after the smoking cessasion that it will help a bit not to be carrying all the excess.

I also have a slant in the yard adjacent that is probably going to have to be fixed by filling in with dirt so we dont have so much water next the foundation.

ANother day…

I had a really sore back when moving my Moms Peloton excercise bike that ■■■■■ is heavy my back was instantly sore

I can barely lift anything. My muscles in my back has gone so weak.
