I received a letter earlier from my second job (the one where I feel bad) They say in the letter that they stop my contract at the end of the trial period (so 28th February) I feel relief I just have two weeks to survive(because the last week of February it’s holiday), my family will not bother me (maybe for me to do the last weeks of work but not about me wanting to end my contract), and I still have my rights about work/unemployment/not working a lot Once I will have this contract finished, I will just work during lunch 2 hours per day 4 days a week like I was doing before I will not lose the financial aid I have The only advantage I had with working at this second job all day was that I was going to work and going back at home with my mom, the only time I was outside alone didn’t last more than 5 minutes one way 10 minutes round trip when I did go to my work at lunch time (I’m scared of wind so sometimes I’m scared to go outside) I will do like I was doing before, wake up at 8 am to accompany my mom half way to work to show myself there’s no reason to be scared (idea of a psychologist) and then go to work at 11 am I will not work too long and have time to rest I’m really glad By the way, guess what I just noticed I saved enough money for one working holiday !! (Just need to save for 2 more and a bit more money for a training and driving license and then I can do working holidays) ---

I would meditate a lot. Do breathing exercises during the day. Breathe in hold. Breathe out. Hold breathe in. ---
