This morning I was a bit anxious, I tried to take deep breaths
When I went at work, the director asked if I’m ok I said “Yes, I’m fine Thank you”
The morning I replaced a colleague taking care of the kid she takes care of usually (she has a sick leave for this week She has a chronic illness so sometimes it makes her sick), it’s a difficult kid but it was ok
I took care of another kid of the colleague that is sick too after the first kid came back at home (the first kid I took care of comes back at home during the morning recess)
I had not a lot of time for my morning break
I went at my lunch time work(it’s my non toxic job I do for several years now), people were happy to see me
They said they were worried and that they missed me
It made me glad
I started to have a stomachache at some time (I think it’s because of the stress I felt going to my toxic job)
The afternoon I took care of the kid I take care every day It was ok Even though at some time the teacher asked a question like if she wanted me to go in another room than the classroom
When I wanted to take my afternoon break, the colleague that needs to take care of my kid the time I take my break didn’t want to take care of my kid
It’s other colleagues that told me they would check on my kid, so I could take my break
Later the director came to see me because someone told her what happened for my afternoon break and she went to talk to my colleague
She also said if there’s an issue to tell her or a teacher
(There’s an issue with internet at my home today so maybe I will answer late)

Yes, I didn’t come back at home more stressed than this morning
I just feel a bit of stress about my doctor appointement tomorrow
I hope she will not think I take advantage of her kindness (because I didn’t go at work one whole week after my sick leave)
