End my life not live anymore so that I can end Alien’s life so he won’t harm anyone or use me as his pawn. He’d too dangerous to live.
The extra haloperidol isn’t working. I’m going to need to up my amisulpride again…

I wish I call my dr but it’s now evening and when I wanted to earlier, a family member didn’t encourage me to when I suggested doing so. Don’t know why. But they did say I must promise not to take my life whilst they weren’t looking…so I promised.
Evening falls now and I’m thinking of twisted things again. I hope I don’t have another crisis tonight!
If so I’ll try to call tomorrow but I can’t be sure I’ll reach him - it’s a govt hospital and drs aren’t always available at outpatients dept. But maybe they can tell him to call me back…
