i’m definitely losing my marbles it just. its too real. it feels too real but i guess they can’t. affect me in real life. i just. i can’t put to words the state it puts me in the idea of people turning on me in mass. this place i’m talking about is decently big and there’s people i like in it n i just. the idea is. i can’t put it to words i am just so scared ---

I hear you. Group situations can trigger mass paranoia but remember humans do not think collectively. They have Independent minds. At the end of the day, not everyone will want ill or bad for you. Your allies are always your allies. Try to look after your self over the next few days and maybe even minimise the discord server use ---

buspirone, abilify, lamictal and propanolol. i’d say they’re all pretty effective on me but i’m no matter what still susceptible to psychotic thinking/thought patterns. today was a grim reminder for sure. ---

last year. i had been medicated prior (as far back as 2022) but i had to stop taking everything bcs of unemployment back in 2024. i still have the delusions all the time but i just. kinda acknowledge them as such and they don’t overwhelm me. they still are ever-present, though. inescapable. ---

With the right medication they can completely (well, almost) go away. I’m on Vraylar after being on Clozapine and it works incredibly well. Maybe talk to your doctor. Be honest with him/her and they will see if there are better options out there. ---

i’m setting stuff up with my therapist as of earlier today, gonna try to see her sometime like soon if i can afford it. and, yeah i know how i sound fully at this point but there’s like screenshots of me being talked about and i think quite a few people have been removing me from their friends lists. regarding there, it’s over, but. good riddance, really. ---
