They kept stopping and starting but now I’ve managed to completely annihilate them. I feel relieved.
Hopefully it stays this way.
I’m also switching from Paliperidone to Aripriprazole exclusively. Meds don’t help but I’ll take it anyways for 6 months and if my voices stay away I’ll come off meds.

I’m boxing them mentally.
It’s been 3 days now without voices

As I was driving I was attacked by voices and by a wave of depression. Just like that, out of the blue. I need to sleep again to mute them

Please take care. Maybe lowering your dose of Abilify would be the right solution if the voices don’t come back after half a year.
I personally made some very seriously mental gains by lowering my meds dramatically. You know I feel well on the dosing I’m on now. You know coming off of meds may be the worst decision of your life.
Sorry I had to say this but I just don’t want to see you suffer from psychosis when I have a say.
