# Was Antipsychiatry, changed my mind

I’ve noticed that taking meds makes me more stable in everyday life. All odds are in play when I go med-free. The only reason I am mad at the prescribers is because I’ve gained too much weight and it is nearly impossible to lose it, although it can be done, but very slowly.

All this to say that nothing in my life has really changed, except that it’s been a smooth ride without me ever getting in trouble or doing some stupid stuff like throwing away my electronics…

As soon as I ditch my meds I end up in the psych ward on a CTO.

Also, my Clozapine helps with the suicidal ideation…

Sounds good if you found help from those god awful drugs, here is hoping better treatments in the future.
