I’m on xeplion. I was on abilify as well. Ive quit abilify for over 2 months now. I notice improvements in cleaning my room, people say I am better, but I am gaining fat despite training with kettlebells and I notice a loss of skill with video games What is a wise thing to do? I thinking of getting them to reduce xeplion to 100 mg Is this temporary withdrawal? I do spiritual practice of sexual abstinence, I believe this helps me. I see online people get great benefits from this practise. I experienced this as well, but not as much now. I have had multiple psychosis episode, I have autism and shizophrenia, but im not sure. I think i just had multiple psychosis where I was seeing crazy things and synchronosities. I do not understand why I am getting worse at the things I do, and my days feels empty becasue I am getting worse at my hobbies, I just read and watch youtube at the moment. ---

Getting back on abilify is not an option for me, i was very rude on this medication. Now i am nicer ---

What do you guys think about antipsychotics in general? The last time I tried to quit xeplion, i entered a hell like version of earth. My eyes became cross eyed. Everyone looked deformed. I became very unintelligent and i had no memory. Then when I took invega again, i woke up in the normal world I took LSD at age 21 which caused a demon to enter me i think. I think my xeplion blocks the demon. I am now 31 years old, i am doing fine but i am looking for improvements, my days feels empty but i am stable ---

I do not understand how it works. I mean how without antipsychotics I go into an alternate reality, where my discernment stops working and i am being tormented like it is hell on earth, I practise abstinence to strengthen my spirit. I wish to one day live without these medications but i do not know if it is possible, i have no way to know how close i am to living without medication since it is too much of a risk to stop them. ---

Yeah. Without anti psychotics something is trying to possess me, it made me drink mouth wash and it wanted me to jump down the stairs. That happened last time i quit xeplion. There is no other way I can put this. I think LSD made me vulnerable, and this entity was able to enter my brain. Now i am free of all drugs. I do still drink lots of coffee and i smoke a lot of tabacco. ---

I think it’s not worth it to try something different if you already got one that works imo ---

Yeah. I will stick to xeplion. I will see if they can reduce the dose. I have been on over 10 different medications. Xeplion is the one that works for me and gives me the least side effects. But something has changed now, i seem worse at the games i play like chess ---

I am now just venting, I just go to my parents. I have one friend who also has schizophrenia. I feel like my days are kind of empty, i wish i had more friends. I’m no longer skilled at my hobbies. It may be the abilify withdrawal. ---
