I was temporarily off my meds and discovered I slept like the living dead. Unfortunately I don’t have a choice and I take pills. The best method is “sleep hygiene”. Also, calorie counting, using scales and eating healthily eg, protein, vegetables and fruit

Currently have the 'somnia. I have been trying to manage it by staying horizontal “laying down” for most of the day and not doing anything to cause excitement or exhaustion. I try to get some basic exercise like walking each day.

Weight gain was more a problem for me in the early years of being on invega depot injection. I reached a max weight of 230lbs approx at 6’1 in height. It was caused by over-eating, lack of exercise and slowed metabolism from aps. When I started exercising and eating well my weight levelled off at 190lbs. When I went off apsmy weight went down to around 160lbs

I couldn’t believe this I heard this and had to find out for myself so I tried it Lo and behold I’m finding a lot of strange things and side effects like getting regular sleep and losing weight on top of that. There’s gotta be some something so far it’s all been positive. Because your food is lacking so much nutrition here in the United States if you add one single ingredient you’ll find that it balances the food out and suddenly bingo your problems go away.
