Anyone wanna talk about day-to-day life and things like that?

I finally slept for 10 hours and I went on a 10-minute walk with my mum and dog. We also went to the nearby shop and ordered kebabs.

My mum did great kebabs. Much better than you can get from a kebab shop.

Took my daughter to a park late this afternoon.

The weather was perfect.

Also took some stuff to the UPS store to return from Amazon.

Tonight for dinner I cooked shrimp, rice and made deviled eggs.

I went on some bus rides and i had ice cream just before midnight, scrolling on my phone.

I had bad sleep laat night feeling a pain in my chest, and then I stayed in bed in the morning and got up late. Now I just finished my breakfast and am having a coffee. Will be cooking for my father and myself in one hour.

Not a good start to the day.‘Pin not available’. So ‘preparing windows.’ is displayed. Stressed as stress can be. Multiple failed attempts to sort it. Eventually do, more by luck than skill- or because Windows decides to stop fecking about.

I do still do art in the art therapy but at home i have no paints they cost.

But when im in a better state of mind i might buy some.

Also …I need to talk to someone to calm down before I mess up today. A guy came by my house and I had human contact so im trying to ground

Sorry to hear u are feeling a bit fragile atm. Try to take deep breaths for a few moments

It will help to reset your body to the relaxed nervous system.

And touch some things in your home to remind you where you are, in the present, and you are safe.
