I guess telepathic isn’t a good word for it but can I hear people’s conversations?
I get this also. It’s just an instinct in us schizophrenics that we have to manage. Thought broadcasting/thought insertion is one of my biggest delusions thats hard to recognize without constant acknowledgement.

no, your just like everybody else only you have a mental illness to manage,
some people can read others moods etc based on body language and tells etc but thats probably more observational and you wouldn’t know what they were thinking,
for instance..if a person looked sad then you may expect them to act in a certain way or say something negative, its not telepathy & everyone does this.
