I’ve been a night owl since I was in high school. My sleep schedule is garbage too lol. Wish I was more of an early riser cause it sucks being out of sync with the rest of the world. If I ever end up working full time again I’d probably look for a 2nd shift job.
Anyone here diagnosed with a sleep phase or circadian rythym disorder? I might look into getting tested.
Definitely, I think I got warned or written up for being late at any job I had that was in the morning after I got out of high school. Usually I was ok if it was afternoon or later.
