I used to but not my biggest hobby. I prefer just to play and jam.

By ear. I learnt notes when I was a teen but forgot them. Lol.

When I play with other people, I’m full of riffs and inspiration.

Nothing wrong with ear sharing lol. Many greats did it that way. Language is quicker when taught by ear. Also it’s a better way of communicating nuances.

Exactly I would word it differently

“Hey I’m Om I play guitar. I would like to jam a bit to know each others and if we vibe we can try to make this a steady thing. The styles Im looking for are free impro and blacn metal”
