Do you buy instant coffee?

I always do, I get different brands and expensive coffee, like £8 for a 190g jar coffees. I admit I am easily influenced if the jar looks fancy lol. It doesn’t last long as I have two scoops of coffee in my mug and one sugar. I love a stong coffee. Do you buy instant coffee and how do you like yours?

Zero caffeine here. Can’t drink or I get racing thoughts.

I’ve been drinking some pepsi max caffeine free lately instead.

I miss drinking it. My stomach doesen’t even tolerate decaf. Sometimes I drink a caffeine free coke though.

I went through a recent period of being too sensitive too. Now I can have about 45 mg of caffeine a day, which still isn’t much. I’m starting a new med next week that, at first, until I see how I respond to the med, I can’t mix caffeine or coffee with due to the stimulant effects
