I own a gaming laptop which I use for videostreaming, games, the forum, email and web browsing. However, I do admit that the battery life drains very fast.
I donāt like laptops at all.. I much prefer the screen and keyboard of the desktop layout.
I use a PC too, sold my laptop recently; now I donāt even need one because I left the open university.
I have a HP laptop. I rarely use it.
Only for music storage.
I mostly use my phone
I bought my laptop in 2018 and Iām currently writing this with it ![]()
the most important thing I use my laptop to is scanning my artwork and editing my scanned artwork. I have all my art saved on this laptop. from the year 2017! so thereās a lot of files on this laptop. I also draw digital art with my laptop and tablet.
I should make a back up of all my art files though. I have just been lazy
my laptop is old but works wonderfully. I am afraid of the day it will break down. mostly because new laptops cost a lot of money.
I use my laptop daily and for hours. Pretty much the same stuff that @Agent101g and some others mentioned. The only catch on mine is that itās not a gaming-specific laptop. I had an Alienware prior to this, but when I went to buy a new one last year, the prices had gone through the roof. My current HP was $1700, but it has a GeForce RTX 4060, good memory, and an Intel Ultra 7 processor, plus itās 17.3". Itās also a buttload lighter than the Alienware models.
I use a laptop. Its great. I like using word for stuff like writing interview prep notes
I use a laptop. I have a tablet that was got for use while in hospital, after the hip replacement. I used it a bit at home till it was rendered useless by an update. Why useless? Going into sleep after <20 secs of inactivity.
I started using laptops in 2015 because I live in small places where thereās no room for a desktop. I didnāt switch voluntarily, my sisters convinced me to give up the desktop and get a laptop. Iām used to it now.
